Job summary

The Sofa Delivery Company is seeking a hands-on team leader to drive performance across warehouse and delivery operations in the UK. You’ll recruit, onboard and train new colleagues, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant deliveries while motivating a fast-paced team.

You will lead by example, coaching staff to maintain high service standards, champion inclusion, and support growth through strong people management and operational excellence.
