The Sofa Delivery Company, part of the DFS Group, is seeking a Shift Manager for the Customer Delivery Centre in Cullompton. You will lead the CDC operations, ensure safe and efficient deliveries, and support the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships.
You'll recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues, coach your team, manage vehicle compliance and health and safety, and enjoy a 4-on 4-off shift pattern (7am–7pm) with opportunities for progression and benefits.

As a Shift Manager in our Customer Delivery Centre you will be supporting the Warehouse and Driving teams ensuring compliance and high service standards, you'll be at the heart of it all. You'll also help recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues, setting them up for success so they can create great customer experiences.
