IVC Glasgow hospital is seeking a weekend veterinary nurse to join the out-of-hours team, delivering high-standard inpatient care for referral and emergency patients in a collaborative, multi-discipline environment.

You will work 5 nights on, 5 nights off with shifts 16:00–04:00 or 20:00–08:00, supported by Specialist and AP vets and provided with CPD and mentoring opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-standard inpatient care for referral patients as well as incoming emergencies and critical care patients.
• Work as part of the out-of-hours team on a 5 nights on, 5 nights off rota with shift times 16:00–04:00 or 20:00–08:00.

Our Glasgow hospital offers emergency and critical care, orthopaedic, soft tissue, internal medicine and referrals, and we’re looking to add to our existing team with a weekend veterinary nurse. You will be part of our out of hours team and will be required to provide high-standard inpatient care for referral patients as well as incoming emergencies and critical care patients. This is an opportunity to work with Specialist and AP vets in a multi-discipline and supportive environment.

This role will be supporting our busy out of hours service:

Working on 5 nights on, 5 nights off rota, shift times 16:00 to 04:00 or 20:00 to 08:00
