Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor for 22.5 hours per week at our Greenham Office. This 12-month fixed-term role is on-site and not a hybrid position.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing resolutions day and night where needed. Key duties include assisting with housing, repairs, and complaints, following strict Call Quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and resilient when dealing with complex calls.
• Good computer skills; comfortable using multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer questions as the first point of contact.
• Answer inbound calls and, where needed, make outbound calls in support of customers.
• Assist with Housing, Repairs and Complaints while following Call Quality guidelines.
