Bromley Healthcare is recruiting a Bank Out of Hours Supervisor based in Orpington. The role supports the Out of Hours GP Service, coordinating care with GPs, NHS 111 and other providers during evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Salary bands and NHS progression determine compensation; the post involves managing a small CCC team and ensuring safe, timely patient care with robust administrative processes.

Qualifications

• GCSE passes at grade C or above.
• Knowledge of local care pathways and NHS processes.
• Experience in a senior administrative role supporting a clinical service.
• Confidential information handling experience.
• Supervisory skills and people management experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the OOHs Team within the CCC.
• Line manage drivers on shift and ensure coverage.
• Prioritise and delegate workload to meet clinical demands.
• Ensure calls are answered and voicemails processed per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate data in EMIS and Malinko; uphold IG policies.
• Monitor KPIs and service statistics; escalate issues as needed.
