Job summary

Practice Plus Group in the UK is recruiting a Contracted Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team across Warwickshire. The role supports urgent care delivery from 18:30–08:00 weekdays and 24 hours on weekends, delivering safe assessment and treatment when GP surgeries are closed.

You will work closely with nurses, paramedics, and district nursing teams to triage and manage unscheduled cases in a fast-paced community setting, with bespoke CPD training and clear career

Qualifications

• Qualified Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner.
• Experience in urgent care or out-of-hours settings preferred.
• Registered with the NMC.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage urgent unscheduled cases by general practice clinicians when GP surgeries are closed.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Out of Hours environment.
