Job summary

Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. is seeking an OTC Hotel Accounting Analyst to deliver end-to-end OTC processes with accuracy and efficiency.

You will support disputes, adjust entries, and monitor SLAs within Hilton's Centre of Excellence, driving process improvements and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ERP systems, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliant controls environment.
• Good understanding of how OTC impacts other accounting areas.
• Problem solving with collaboration.
• Excellent communication at all levels of management.
• A customer service focus with relationship-building skills.
• Can-do, flexible approach to change and multiple skills development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Research support for AR or guest disputes and compile documentation.
• Engage property teams to resolve disputes and input.
• Prepare and post adjusting entries.
• Maintain dispute resolution documentation per Hilton standards.
• Review and verify billing accuracy for group master/convention clients.
• Review deposit reports and identify advanced deposit requirements.
• Support OTC Hotel Accounting special initiatives.
