Job summary

Montash is recruiting for an OT Technical Systems Manager in Perth, Scotland, with 1–2 days onsite per week. Start date October 2026, inside IR35, MS Teams interview process with a technical test.

Qualifications

• Extensive governance, configuration and lifecycle management of OT platforms.
• Experience with DMS, SCADA, data historians and telemetry systems.
• Proven OT cyber security, vulnerability management and compliance experience.
• Experience in regulated or critical national infrastructure.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, configuration and lifecycle management of OT platforms.
• Define and maintain engineering standards and assurance frameworks.
• Manage OT cyber security, vulnerability management and compliance.
• Plan and deliver platform upgrades and operational readiness.
• Provide technical leadership across OT and control-system environments.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure delivery against standards.
• Engage with stakeholders in utilities/critical infrastructure.
