Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar position.
• Regulatory knowledge e.g. GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR11, EU ANNEX 11.
• Ideally experience gained in the pharma industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to keep multiple stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing IT/OT systems to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolutions.
• Support system lifecycle activities including validation, maintenance, disaster recovery, and obsolescence management.
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing and laboratory systems for efficiency.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality support.
• Contribute to capital projects through system design, testing, commissioning and handover.
