Job summary

Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Team Coordinator to shape and improve the Through Age Occupational Therapy Service. You will support daily operations and long-term service development, working with senior therapists and assistants to drive positive changes for the community.

This non-clinical role focuses on coordination, planning and project delivery, with opportunities to influence how services collaborate across TSTS and council services.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and service improvement.
• Operational coordination and planning experience.
• Performance monitoring and data analysis skills.
• Change management and staff supervision experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to design and implement effective systems and processes.
• Ability to lead teams and provide non-clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activity across the OT service.
• Provide organisational line management for OT Assistants.
• Support planning, prioritisation and resource coordination.
• Lead and support service improvement projects.
• Help design, implement and embed new ways of working.
• Analyse and monitor performance information for decisions.
• Support communication and engagement around change initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across OT, TSTS and wider Council services.
• Help ensure the service operates efficiently, effectively and sustainably.
