Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional Occupational Therapy and carry a small complex caseload.
• Set SMART objectives, monitor workloads, oversee case allocation and ensure timely reviews.
• Lead on high-quality assessments, including safeguarding investigations, MCAs/BIs, and other relevant assessments.
• Lead on optimising/single handed care initiatives.
• Championing the use of TEC and attending meetings as required.
• Coordinate and chair meetings, oversee duty triage services and lead on case allocations.
