Job summary

Intaso is seeking a commercially-minded OT security leader to build and own a genuine OT security practice with full P&L responsibility. You will bring a track record of creating profitable, market-leading services, and will define strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

You will influence board-level client relationships and industry visibility while assembling and guiding a team, shaping methodologies, and delivering a differentiated OT offering.

Qualifications

• Commercially-minded OT security leader with a track record of building profitable practices.
• Experience in consulting or advisory settings with ownership of business outcomes.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIS Regulations, NCSC CAF, NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and drive revenue, margin, and growth for the practice.
• Define service design, go-to-market, pricing, and market focus.
• Be the external face, building client relationships and industry presence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing OT leadership team.
• Shape proprietary methodologies and tooling to differentiate the offering.
