Job summary

Anson McCade in Belfast is recruiting for a Senior OT Security Consultant to join a growing DTCS practice. You will help build a new OT Security capability from the ground up, addressing clients in critical infrastructure, defence, energy and other regulated sectors.

Senior to Principal levels offer the chance to influence the direction, people and propositions of the Belfast OT Security team, while mentoring junior consultants and shaping client work.

Qualifications

• OT/ICS security expertise across critical infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with IEC 62443, NIST or similar frameworks.
• Consulting experience valued; ability to engage with clients.
• Senior-level leadership and development of junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across clients.
• Shape OT security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead security assessments across industrial environments.
• Advise senior stakeholders on OT cyber risk.
• Develop OT security architectures and operating models.
• Work on segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management, threat detection.
• Contribute to growth of the Belfast OT Security practice.
• Mentor and develop more junior consultants.
• Support propositions and wider business growth.
