Job summary

Sword is seeking an Operational Technology Practice Lead to shape the technical direction, capability and growth of the OT Security practice. You will lead delivery of complex OT security projects, provide governance, and drive strategic development across Critical National Infrastructure environments.

The role focuses on OT cyber security assessments, risk management, remediation and technical delivery, with security vetting including NPPV3 and SC clearance as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in OT security programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex OT security projects and consultancy engagements across full solution lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for OT security engagements.
• Define and standardise OT security assessment methodologies and delivery standards.
• Lead OT cyber security gap analyses, risk assessments and remediation activities.
• Provide guidance on OT architecture, industrial networking and secure network topologies.
• Translate OT cyber risks into business and operational terms for stakeholders.
• Coach and develop OT security consultants and engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales to support bids, proposals and growth opportunities.
