Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced OT Project Manager to lead delivery of Operational Technology projects across complex industrial environments. You will manage initiatives from initiation to handover, ensuring scope, timelines, budget and quality targets are met while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Working with clients and OT, cyber security, infrastructure and engineering specialists, you will drive technology transformation, cyber security improvements and resilience programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing OT/ICS projects in complex environments.
• Delivery of technical projects or portfolios with cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and financial control capabilities.
• Experience with OT cyber security standards is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OT projects within agreed scope and budgets.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures and roadmaps.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across OT, cyber security and engineering.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Support transition of completed projects into operations.
