Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Wiltshire Council's Reablement Team, delivering person-centred assessments and reablement interventions across home, hospital, and community settings. The role supports adults following hospital discharge and aims to maximise independence.

The position is hybrid with a flexible pattern, offering 37 hours per week on an initial 3-month contract with the potential to extend and pay up to £36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Perform Occupational Therapy assessments following hospital discharge.
• Develop tailored reablement plans to maximise independence.
• Provide advice on equipment, safe moving, and best practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support decision-making and outcomes.
• Carry out community visits and manage a varied caseload.
• Hybrid working with a flexible pattern.
• Work 37 hours per week.
• Initial 3-month contract with potential extension.
• Salary up to £36.00 per hour.
