Montash is recruiting an OT Technical Support Manager to lead operational support, maintenance and resilience of high-availability OT systems, including DMS, SCADA, data historians and telemetry, within a utilities-focused setting.

The role emphasizes incident management, fault diagnosis, recovery, and overseeing OT patching and vulnerability remediation, while guiding a technical team and coordinating with stakeholders in a regulated national infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational management of OT platforms (DMS/SCADA/telemetry).
• Strong incident management and fault-diagnosis capabilities in high-availability environments.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and stakeholder management in regulated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support and management of OT platforms (DMS, SCADA, data historians, telemetry).
• Own incident management, fault diagnosis, recovery and resilience across OT environments.
• Lead patching, vulnerability remediation and maintenance aligned to schedules and compliance.
• Manage resource allocation, capability mapping, coaching and development of the technical team.
• Ensure service delivery commitments are met and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
