Join Cadent as an OT Network Engineer to ensure the reliability and security of OT systems. As an OT Network Engineer within our IT team you will be accountable for the availability, reliability, and maintenance of OT systems to agreed Service Levels. You'll resolve problems, deliver maintenance plans, and support outsourced Service Providers' performance. As part of an on-call 24x7x365 rota, you'll maintain OT security and safety, ensuring adherence to Security Policies and SCO Procedures.
You'll manage incidents, changes, and requests, providing technical input to projects and ensuring technical suitability. Support documentation and standard operating procedures and uphold technical standards for related technology. Build relationships with product and platform managers, and support project delivery to time, cost, and specification.
Act as the key interface between projects and teams, managing Contractors and coordinating project integration. Provide regular status reports, manage finances, and ensure compliance with Cyber policies. Support new technology trials and audit activities, understanding Cadent's purpose, values, and priorities.
This role offers hybrid working and an electric company car, with the need to attend our various offices within Cadent's Networks (including Ansty-based Headquarters).
