Rolls-Royce in Derby seeks an OT Cyber Analyst to join our manufacturing security team. The role supports implementation and monitoring of cyber security controls across operational environments, with exposure to risk assessments, governance, and ongoing improvements in a global business.

You will work with technical and business stakeholders to enhance cyber maturity, awareness, and reporting. This entry‑level position offers training and opportunities to grow within Rolls‑Royce’s security

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or junior professional in Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, or similar field.
• Willingness to learn about industrial control systems and cyber frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
• Ability to analyse technical data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Compliance: Support governance and compliance activities related to OT Cyber Security.
• Strategy Implementation: Help deploy and monitor OT Cyber controls, supporting ongoing initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with operational teams to gather information and communicate cyber security requirements.
• Assessment & Risk Management: Assist with periodic maturity assessments and risk analysis.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track cyber control effectiveness and produce concise reports for management.
• Incident Response: Support development and maintenance of OT incident response procedures.
• Awareness & Training: Help deliver OT cyber security training and awareness campaigns.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to processes and tools based on feedback.
