Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking an experienced OSS leader to drive the design and delivery of data exchange interfaces across complex telecom networks. The role collaborates with architects, vendors and internal teams to turn requirements into scalable solutions.

You will guide design artifacts, risk management and governance while delivering value across the programme. The role requires substantial telecom OSS experience, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate in a hybrid UK

Qualifications

• Significant telecommunications experience and knowledge of OSS
• Experience designing, implementing and delivering OSS solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with multi-vendor ecosystems and data governance

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of OSS data exchange and interface solutions
• Translate complex requirements into practical integration designs
• Create and govern high-level/low-level designs and testing strategies
• Collaborate with partners, vendors and internal teams across the full project lifecycle
• Ensure deliveries meet acceptance criteria, KPIs and milestones
• Provide guidance on risk, budgeting and resource planning
• Drive data standards and governance across platforms
• Support technology evaluations and RFP processes
• Contribute to network engineering initiatives and stakeholder communication
