The post holder will be a Registered Nurse or hold an ODP qualification with perioperative experience, and will be offered structured mentoring and staff development packages to support growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Registered Nurse or hold an ODP qualification with perioperative experience.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in theatre settings.
• Proactive communication and ability to work independently within clinical governance guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high standards of perioperative patient care in the operating theatres.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care from admission to discharge using ICP or nursing process.
• Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during emergency and elective procedures as required.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure clear communication with patients and the team.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and complete Personal Development Plan.
