Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative (Maternity Cover, 12 months), Crawley

This role is with Clear Correct, part of the Straumann Group, a leading provider of high-quality clear aligner solutions for orthodontic treatment. The position is remote with travel to Scotland at least twice per month, based in the UK.

Job Overview

We seek an experienced Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative to maintain and grow our customer base in Scotland and across the UK. The role involves managing existing relationships, expanding market presence, and promoting our products to dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Scotland.
2. Identify and engage potential orthodontic specialists across the UK.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies for Scotland and other regions.
4. Educate dental professionals on our products through presentations and training.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
6. Collaborate with marketing and support teams.
7. Provide sales reports and market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in dental or orthodontic industry, with knowledge of clear aligners preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UK dental market; existing contacts are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to travel, especially to Scotland twice a month.
• Valid UK driving license.
