Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team in London. You will be responsible for managing transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale programs, building relationships with clients, and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing transformation and change initiatives for major programs
• Setting and managing change adoption criteria
• Serving as a point of contact for communication, engagement, training, or role mapping activities
• Building relationships with client managers
• Contributing to proposals and business development
• Managing workstreams, deployments, or entire projects, and engaging with senior leaders

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering organizational change management, preferably with IT-enabled transformations and S/4 HANA experience
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in data analysis and communication for diverse audiences
• Knowledge in areas such as Communication management, Business Readiness, Organizational Design, Benefits Realisation, and Training & Development
• Outstanding client service, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Business knowledge in relevant industry sectors
• Ability to contribute to bids, proposals, and client presentations
• Self-starter capable of leading workshops and working in various work styles (onsite, hybrid, remote)
• Management-level experience, ideally in the private sector
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe
