Organisational Development Consultant
Salary: £45,859 - £48,000
Location: Ealing office base with flexible hybrid working
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for an Organisational Development Consultant to join our fantastic People Services division. This role is tasked with delivering the People Strategy initiatives relating to leadership and management development, employee engagement, ED&I and Wellbeing. You will also provide support in the delivery of leadership and management development activity which will include training needs analysis (TNA), design and delivery of solutions.
This role will also create, shape and deliver appropriate interventions to ensure that A2Dominion continues to develop an engaged, motivated and diverse workforce where wellbeing and inclusion is a key and critical factor.
