Job Description

Who We Are

Pulsar is a trailblazing ServiceNow partner in the UK, committed to delivering unparalleled client experiences. As a boutique consultancy, our goal is to facilitate transformative success and swift value realisation for our clients through the ServiceNow platform, augmented by the latest in AI technology.

We believe that our business is our people, and our people are the business. Our culture reflects our passion for individual development and progression, rewarding work and that everyone has a voice – no idea is ever a bad one.

Role Overview

Our Organisation Change Analysts focus on managing the organisational and people-related change impacts relating to our client engagements. Working as part of an overall integrated team, you’ll work alongside colleagues to ensure that we have an end-to-end plan and that Change-related activities are given as much consideration as technical activities.

Typically working as part of an Organisational Change Management (OCM) team, you’ll be deploying our Business Change framework and toolkit to design and deliver change strategies and interventions that are relevant for the client and specific scenarios of each implementation.

As a Business Change Analyst, you will work with other members of the OCM team to both deliver client engagements, as well as further develop our approaches and capabilities, contributing to the overall Pulsar approaches.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting components of the overall OCM approach (e.g., communication planning and execution) to address the specific aims and objectives of the client
  • Ensuring that your work packages are integrated (as appropriate) with other OCM modules and more broadly, that dependencies across the programme are identified
  • Support effective engagement, both with client representatives and the broader Pulsar team
  • Contribute to Change risk identification, ensuring that these are both documented and that relevant management interventions are identified.
  • Support the overall programme team engagement (on assignment) with team building and messaging activities.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and summary updates.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience of supporting and delivering OCM services, as part of a team or independently
  • Have experience of managing key stakeholders, including building awareness and understanding of change in key target groups
  • Development of OCM Strategies and plans to address specific change impacts
  • Experience of supporting a number of the following change interventions:
  • Stakeholder mapping and management
  • Communication Strategy, planning and execution
  • Benefits identification and management
  • Change Impact identification and management
  • Learning strategy and plan development and learning content development
  • Practical application of change management methodologies
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Desirable - have a formal change management training qualification / certification e.g. PROSCI, BCS, CCMP, CIPD.

What you get in return

  • High pension contribution
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Career and personal development, including Consulting Skills for all
  • Remote and flexible working
  • A positive culture that seeks input on an ongoing basis and that will support you in achieving your aspirations.
