Job Purpose: To support West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service by delivering assurance activity that tests performance, demonstrates compliance, and drives continuous improvement aligned to the Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP), Strategic Action Plan and Fire Standards.
Key Responsibilities: Working in the Service Improvement and Assurance Team you will deliver organisational assurance to evidence compliance, identify learning and drive improvement ensuring readiness for internal and external scrutiny.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working. You will need to work from our offices during parts of your initial training. After this, you can choose to work both from the office and from home as part of our hybrid working model. Applicants interested in hybrid working must have a reliable home internet connection.
