Job Description:

The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Organisational Development Consultant to join our diverse and friendly team at UAL. This role sits within our Organisation Development and Staff Development (ODSD) team, supporting the delivery of strategic people and culture priorities. Through this role, you can help improve staff and student experiences.

As OD Consultant, you will work on initiatives focused on developing forward-looking people policies, equipping managers with necessary skills, and promoting staff engagement across the organisation.

This role is ideal if you enjoy building relationships, providing consultancy, and creatively enhancing employee experience and wellbeing.

About you

The ODSD team is dynamic, working on diverse projects. We seek someone proactive, experienced in staff engagement, HR policy, wellbeing, and organisational change.

You should be able to explain complex ideas clearly and enjoy communicating with various audiences, in person and in writing.

Our culture emphasizes continuous improvement and stakeholder consultation, requiring strong organizational and digital skills, including data analysis and reporting.
