Job summary

Obsidian is seeking a hands-on Organic Growth specialist to shape and pressure-test AI training environments for evaluating marketing workflows. You will design task briefs, define required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states, and craft evaluation criteria to differentiate strong responses from plausible ones.

You will also review AI agent attempts and rate performance, drawing on your experience in organic growth and SEO. A Rubric Academy certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO.
• Proficiency with GA4, GSC, Semrush or Ahrefs, and Contentful.
• Experience building AI training environments or RL environments is strongly preferred.
• Clear written reasoning to explain why a decision is right.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from your own organic growth work, including plant-tested issues and decisions.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for realistic tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and the criteria that separate strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
