Job summary

Obsidian in London seeks a hands-on growth/SEO practitioner to design and pressure-test Organic Growth environments. You will craft task briefs, specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states, and write the reference answer and scoring criteria.

You will review AI agent attempts, judge them against the rubric, and help orchestrate multi-tool workflows across analytics, CMS, and marketing tech.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO.
• Fluent in the tools of the domain: GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a CMS such as Contentful.
• Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from your organic growth work, including what the task is testing.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas and tool states a realistic version of that task requires.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate a strong response from a plausible-but-wrong one.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
