The role includes:

1. Quoting and processing orders using bespoke software
2. Interpreting technical drawings
3. Liaising with contractors, architects, and fitters
4. Sending completed estimates and following up
5. Coordinating with external product suppliers
6. Reporting issues promptly
7. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email

The candidate should have:
