Mode Search is excited to be working with a global, design-led fashion brand to appoint a Sales Order Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team. This is an office-based role working 5 days a week in the office. It's a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-driven individual with strong systems knowledge and a passion for fashion operations.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of sales and design data across their platforms, enabling the smooth flow of information between departments and supporting business-critical operations.

Working closely with both the Sales and Design teams, you will be responsible for processing and managing confirmed sales orders, ensuring information is correctly captured and updated in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the accurate setup and maintenance of product and order information.
  2. Help manage shared communications and incoming requests.
  3. Ensure timely processing and updates of internal data.
  4. Liaise with various teams to address queries and inconsistencies.
  5. Provide general administrative and system-related support.
  6. Assist with regular data checks and updates.
  7. Contribute to stock and order management processes.

Requirements
