Responsibilities

• Check orders for required information to enable processing.
• Contact customers for quotations and queries as needed.
• Prepare quotations and seek written confirmation for changes.
• Ensure orders dated in line with customer requirements.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling with production.
• Process all orders within 24 hours regardless of due date.
• File paperwork upon completion of the job.
• Answer general enquiries in Sales Order Processing inbox within 24 hours.
• General administrative duties.
