Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd is recruiting motivated Order Pickers for a client site in Ashby De La Zouch. You will pick orders at heights up to 14 meters, perform general warehouse duties, and follow site safety procedures. Full training is provided and own transport is essential due to site location.

Shift opportunities include AM/PM/Night with overtime; permanent opportunities may arise after a qualifying period. Weekly pay and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• No licence required - full training is provided.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies.
• HLOP experience highly desirable.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters.
• Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties.
• Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at induction).
• Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Order Picker - Order Picker at Heights / HLOP Driver

Location: Ashby De La Zouch

Hourly Rates:

• £14.35 p/h - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday)
• £15.10 p/h - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday)
• £17.04 p/h - Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday)
• up to £34.08 p/h for overtime
• PERMANENT ROLE POSSIBILITIES - TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

• OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO SITE LOCATION

• Must be flexible to work assigned shift pattern
