Job summary

JDR Recruitment are hiring experienced Order Pickers to join a leading temperature-controlled logistics business based in Holmewood, Chesterfield. You will work in a busy cold storage warehouse, using a Talkman voice-picking headset to accurately pick customer orders.

We offer immediate starts with flexible shift patterns: days or nights, 3 on 3 off or 6:00am–6:00pm; Sundays to Tuesday nights; pay £13.32 per hour, overtime after 39.5 hours and a £55 weekly night bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience.
• Experience using a Talkman voice-picking system is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment.
• Own transport is essential due to location and shift times.

Order Pickers - Cold Storage Warehouse

Immediate Starts Available | Temp to Perm | Weekly Pay

JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Order Pickers to join a leading temperature-controlled logistics business based in Holmewood.

Working within a busy cold storage warehouse, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using a Talkman voice-picking headset. This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Available Shift Patterns (Choose One)

Days

• 3 on, 3 off

• 6:00am - 6:00pm

OR

Nights

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday

• 6:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rate

• £13.32 per hour

• Overtime paid at £19.98 per hour after 39.5 hours worked

• Night shift also attracts £55 weekly shift bonus

Key Responsibilities
