Gap Personnel is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in the UK for a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Shifts are 17:00 to 01:00, with options across Sun-Thu / Mon-Fri / Sun-Fri, 5 over 6, and driving is required due to location.

Roles include Coldstore Picker, Ambient Picker, and POLO Picker (Chilled). You will pick stock in frozen, ambient, and chilled areas, follow health and safety and PPE protocols, and use pallet trucks and voice-picking systems.

Opportunities & Roles

• Coldstore Picker — Work in frozen warehouse environments (-20°C). Pick stock accurately onto pallets using modern picking systems. Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and PPE protocols.
• Ambient Picker — Pick and handle stock in a busy warehouse environment. Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining safety standards.
• POLO Picker (Chilled) — Sort and load stock into cages within a chilled warehouse. Handle manual tasks safely and efficiently while following all hygiene standards.

Pay

• Order Pickers: £12.81/hr - £13.34/hr
• POLO Order Pickers: £13.54/hr
