Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is hiring a Warehouse Picker in Spalding on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00–22:00, with overtime opportunities. Induction starts 28th July for 3 days and is fully paid, and pay is £12.71–£15.66 per hour depending on day.

You will pick stock, assemble orders, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a chilled warehouse. Applicants should be reliable, communicate well, and able to work to targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the chilled warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 – 22:00

Hourly Pay: £12.71 to £15.66 per hour. Monday to Friday is £12.71 per hour, Saturday is £15.66 per hour.

Location: Spalding
