Purpose
Responsible for supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific through the management of key process improvement projects as part of the Customer Care Experience technology and Solutions team. Specific responsibilities include the development and optimization of our order management solutions, specifically leveraging Esker and Commer Cloud Platforms. Customer Care order management process, problem-solving skills, project management, process improvement execution with multiple software solutions.
Responsible for developing and communicating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development teams. Business Optimization initiatives in support of policies and programs and in conformance with the Boston Scientific quality systems, understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analysing, and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
