The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this pivotal role, you will help shape our product roadmap, gather and prioritize requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to healthcare data challenges.

This is a hands-on Product Manager position.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and refine product requirements.
  2. Product Roadmaps: Create and maintain roadmaps, prioritizing features based on market needs and business goals.
  3. Develop Specifications: Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specs.
  4. Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify innovation opportunities.
  6. Performance Metrics: Measure and report on product performance for continuous improvement.
  7. Sales and Marketing Support: Provide product expertise and customer demos.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on healthcare standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Required
  • 3-5 years of product management experience in healthcare technology
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards, especially FHIR
  • Experience with clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous product management training (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Design Thinking)
Preferred
  • Experience with API-based data exchange, data mapping, and validation rules
  • Knowledge of clinical research or EDC systems
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical trials (GCP, 21 CFR Part 11)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
