Qualifikationen

• Experience in administration, sales administration, order processing or logistics support.
• Experience handling high volumes of orders in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Process high volumes of customer orders from receipt to completion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport and Procurement teams.
• Source and purchase non-stock items with competitive pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep customers informed of progress and potential delays.
• Prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and changing demands.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
