Job summary

Collsearch in London is seeking a dedicated Permanent Oracle ERP Recruitment Consultant to lead full-cycle permanent recruitment across the UK and Europe. You will own the process from client development to candidate submission and placement.

The role requires a proven 360 recruiter with strong business development, relationship-building and negotiation skills, supported by a professional UK team in a well-established firm.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in 360 recruitment with strong business development and client growth.
• Experience recruiting for Oracle/SAP/ERP or wider ERP/cloud spaces is a plus.
• Excellent telephone, video and written communication with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment process for permanent Oracle ERP roles in the UK and Europe.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and win new ones to secure permanent requirements.
• Source, engage and manage candidates through submission, interview, offer and placement.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and build a robust candidate pipeline.
