A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an Oracle Programme Lead for a pivotal role in their global Finance Transformation programme. The successful candidate will steer the Oracle ERP implementation, define the program's strategic roadmap, and drive user engagement and adoption during the transition process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle Programme Manager/Lead.
• Background in Financial Services global Oracle implementations.
• Experience transitioning from legacy SAP ERP to Fusion preferred.

The Role:

1. Lead the Oracle ERP implementation for Release 4 (design to go-live)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Programme Manager/Lead
• Prior Financial Services global Oracle implementation experience
• Ideally prior experience moving from legacy SAP ERP to Fusion
