Job summary

The Hyde Group is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our technology team at London Bridge. You will develop, maintain and enhance data processes, integrations and database components to support our business systems and ensure reliable service for customers and colleagues.

Working with governance and best practices, you will analyse execution plans, optimise queries, and implement robust stored procedures and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETL and data migration.
• Experience with complex data processing and automation routines.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and SOAP web services, with strong data exchange and interface development.
• Experience with database architecture and design.

Responsibilities

• Execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient database operations.
• Query optimisation, SQL tuning, and performance troubleshooting.
• Developing and maintaining system-to-system integrations, analysing execution plans and implementing indexing strategies to optimise database performance.
• Developing and optimising stored procedures, packages, functions and triggers.
