Page Personnel is partnered with a Leeds-based financial services organisation to recruit an Oracle Payroll Specialist on a fixed-term basis. In this role you will process payroll using Oracle, ensure regulatory compliance, handle queries, maintain records, and support audits.

The successful candidate will bring strong Oracle payroll experience and confidentiality. This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy and the ability to liaise with the Accounting & Finance team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle payroll systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive payroll information confidentially.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll operations accurately and on time using Oracle systems.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth payroll integration.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records securely and accurately.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
• Prepare and submit reports related to payroll activities as required.
• Assist with payroll audits and ensure readiness for inspections.
