About the role

Join us as our Scrum Master and you’ll be right in the heart of the action, bringing the experience and attitude to power better ways of doing business. From leading the way as a dynamic and moral guide for your team, to facilitating the Scrum process at every point, you’re our go-to for driving tech efficiency.

Here’s the breakdown of what you’ll do with us:

Inspiring agile practices

  • Manage all Scrum events, such as the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Promote and support Scrum and Agile practices within the team and the wider organisation.
  • Embrace the agile mindset and the value of iterations and understand the concepts of product development and customer value.

Managing a team of changemakers

  • Ensure that IT and Stakeholders are aligned at all times on the project aims and deliverables.
  • Inspire your team of Scrum professionals, guiding their ability to make agile decisions and make improvements.
  • Coach and support others and be a constant source of knowledge, while upholding an environment of respect.

Taking the initiative

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the market and take the initiative to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Show that you’re comfortable driving our processes forward, liaising with your senior team to explore customer-first solutions.
  • Never shying away from a complex or challenging project.

Embracing what’s next

  • Be the Technical point of contact for the business to advise and guide on proposed development.
  • Coordinate the application of new technologies and communicate the benefits of any new developments with clarity and confidence.
