Job summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a Functional Expert – Oracle HCM to support and enhance a complex HR and Payroll environment. The role is based in Birmingham with a hybrid pattern (2 days on-site) and 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will work within a Core System Support Team to drive system optimisation, release management and end-user support. The role involves investigating issues, coordinating testing, ensuring data integrity, and engaging stakeholders to identify process

Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in a complex organisation.
  • Strong business process knowledge with Oracle HCM expertise.
  • Coordinate testing activities including UAT and regression testing.
  • Experience supporting quarterly Oracle releases and production deployments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimise Oracle HCM systems across HR and Payroll.
  • Resolve Level 2 incidents, troubleshooting configuration, process, and data-related issues.
  • Undertake configuration changes, integrations, enhancements, and system updates.
  • Support quarterly Oracle updates, impact assessments, and release management activities.
  • Coordinate and execute UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration workbooks, and knowledge base content.
  • Ensure data quality and master data management practices.
  • Develop reports and insights to support business processes and operational decision-making.
