Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead client engagements and deliver end-to-end configurations and designs.

You will work across requirement analysis, solution design and integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy cloud solutions and support pre-sales activities. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, functional design documentation, troubleshooting and integration architecture.
• Experience working with technical teams for interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with strong client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Knowledge of Core HR modules, Oracle Help Desk, Oracle Digital Assistant and related Oracle Cloud tools.
• Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, and reporting.
• Experience leading project implementations and contributing to pre-sales activities.

Job description

As a Senior Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work with and support your peers to develop, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met. In addition to project related activities, you will also contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers and play an important role in building our Oracle Cloud capabilities and offerings.

As an experienced consultant you will be a self-starter and have strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, backed up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders. • At least 5 Years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.

• This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government's Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). • Some experience in pre-sales activities such as contributing to proposals, conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functional demonstrations.
