IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud-focused consultant. You will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, handling requirement analysis, solution design and deployment with peers.

The role emphasizes customer-facing delivery and cross-industry collaboration, with travel across the UK mainland as needed. You will engage in proposal development and guidance on implementation methodologies, aiming at successful cloud migrations for HCM/Payroll across client

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM and Payroll Cloud Applications.
• Minimum of 3 full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently
• Strong client facing, communication and client management skills
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Demonstrable functional skills in: Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration experience in HCM/Payroll implementations
• Data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation
• Experience with Oracle migration tools (FBDI, HDL, ADFdi, APIs)
• Strong data analysis skills
• Data cleansing and data quality management
• Migration testing and defect resolution
• Cutover and go-live support
• Ability to analyse legacy systems and define migration approaches
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Your Role And Responsibilities

As Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work with and support your peers to develop, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met. In addition to project related activities, you will also contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers. As an experienced consultant you will be a self-starter and have strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, backed up by proven hands‑on experience, ideally across different industries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations. Location: Flexible within the UK mainland, with occasional travel to client sites.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).


• Understanding of Oracle Cloud products and integrating them with other on premise or cloud applications.


• A good understanding of the broader Oracle Cloud functional areas e.g. HCM and Payroll, CX.


• Good knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud.
