• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to multitask and to work independently.
• Strong client-facing, communication and client management skills.
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Knowledge and implementation experience of the following core HR modules, Oracle Help Desk, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, Case Management, Oracle Security and RBAC, Redwood UI, Alerts Composer.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work with and support your peers to develop, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met. In addition to project related activities, you will also contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers and play an important role in building our Oracle Cloud capabilities and offerings.

As an experienced consultant you will be a self-starter and have strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, backed up by proven hands on experience, ideally across different industries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders.

Required technical and professional expertise

• At least 5 Years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.

• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles

• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture

• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing

• Ability to multitask and to work independently

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personal Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NVS) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.

• Reporting/BI tools (OTBI / BI Publisher)

• HDL (HCM Data Loader)

• HSDL (Spreadsheet Data Loader)

• BI Publisher & OTBI reporting

• Integration tools:

• HCM Extracts

• Leading project implementations

• Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations and integrating them with other on premise or cloud applications.

• An understanding of the broader Oracle Cloud functional areas e.g. Finance, HCM and Payroll, SCM, CX, Logistics.

• Good knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud.

• Some experience in pre-sales activities such as contributing to proposals, conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functional demonstrations.
