Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking an Oracle Transformation specialist to deliver Oracle HCM/ERP solutions, focusing on configuration and BI reporting within the Oracle Cloud platform. The role is based in the North of England with travel to Manchester/Newcastle and hybrid working.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs, drive analytics, and help clients transform enabling functions through cloud technology.

Qualifications

• Implementation experience configuring Oracle applications to meet business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a support function resolving client functional or technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of managing quarterly releases and updates for Oracle HCM/ERP

Responsibilities

• Translating business or design objectives to technical requirements
• Undertaking configuration in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud and building Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports for the functional area
• Producing client facing deliverables such as process documentation, configuration workbooks, functional specifications
• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technology applications
• Helping clients transform their enabling functions through cloud technology solutions
