Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to architect and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for a range of clients in London. The role requires independent delivery accountability and strong stakeholder management.

You will lead multi-module Oracle HCM implementations, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and mentor junior members while driving business outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR and Position Management.
• At least 6+ years implementing Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong solutioning and stakeholder management in client-facing environments.

As an Oracle Cloud Senior Manager, you will:

Architect, design and deliver Oracle HCM cloud solutions for a range of industry organisations.

Be independently accountable for delivery of solutions and Oracle HCM cloud transformation programs.

Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.

Collaborateas a key member of the delivery and sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups.

Understand andclearly definethe input required to create cost estimates.

Prepare thecost modelestimates to deliver the defined scope of services.

Mentor and coach more junior members of the team.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

Experience of implementing multiple modules across Oracle HCM Cloud, and must include Core HR, Position Management

Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and colleagues.

Be comfortable solutioning technical aspects of HCM, including Data and Integrations

Set yourself apart:

Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to client audiences.

Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing our people.

Exposure in one of the following areas: Business Intelligence, analytics and/or robotics process automation
